At Sonar Festival, we teamed up with visual artists Desilence to turn a set of black canvas containers into fritz-kola’s most talked-about activation of the weekend. This fritz-kolab was designed as a discovery: bold, large-scale artwork projected onto the containers drew festival-goers in from across the site, sparking curiosity long before they knew what was inside.
That curiosity was the point. The projected visuals acted as a teaser, pulling crowds toward the containers to explore the concept and, naturally, to grab a fritz-kola cocktail. The fritz area served as a chill space built for the in-between moments of a festival day, a place to reset before diving back into the lineup.
To turn the activation into a shareable festival memory, we introduced a festival make-up and photobooth experience. Guests could get glittered up and step into a fritz-kola branded photobooth, styled with the brand’s signature look and merch. Access to the booth was granted upon purchase, giving every cocktail a reason beyond taste. Every photo, printed on the spot, was also sent by email to become a piece of festival memorabilia carrying the fritz-kola name home with them.
