‘Navigating Turbulent Times’ at Ahlers House

Last May, we designed and produced ‘Navigating Turbulent Times’, an evening of reflection and dialogue at Ahlers House in Antwerp for the forum Antwerpen overMorgen. Bringing together Belgium’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maxime Prévot, alongside leading voices from academia and think tanks. The gathering explored how shifting geopolitical and economic dynamics are reshaping Europe, its businesses, and its institutions.

For an audience of this calibre, we understood that the setting had to be designed to support the conversation rather than compete with it, allowing the dialogue to take the centre stage. The evening built on Ahlers House’s longstanding tradition of open dialogue between policymakers, experts, and a carefully selected circle of engaged guests.

Our involvement spanned the full arc of the evening. We worked closely with the organisers to design a format that flowed seamlessly from keynote to panel discussion and audience dialogue, while giving each perspective the time and attention it deserved.

The result was an evening that reflected the forum’s core values of clarity, perspective, and meaningful debate, while further establishing Ahlers House as a trusted venue for high-level dialogue in Antwerp.
